เรามาทำความรู้จัก? คณะกรรมการสวัสดิการ (WF)😊 และคณะกรรมการความปลอดภัยฯ (คปอ.)👷‍♂️

Due to the working term of the current Welfare Committee and Safety Committee of APEX Group (Apex1, Apex2+3, ApexS) will be expire on April 5, 2023. Therefore, a new welfare committee and Safety Committee must be elected to replace the old committee that will be expire. by the way the application period is scheduled to start from March 25, 2023 to April 3, 2023.

There are criteria/methods for applying for the Welfare Committee (WF) and Safety Committee (คปอ) as follows:

1. The Candidates for individual party group elections, Submit applications for 5 people per party. a party members must consist of at least one employee from other departments/sections.
2. The Individual independent candidates, Submit application for 1 people/application form.
3. The party name must be a polite name. No sarcasm, profanity.
4. The candidates for individual party elections or the party group elections with the 1^st highest electoral vote will be the leads for include members from other parties who come from the candidates. without limitation in score order to participate in the establishment of a welfare committee to complete the number of 18 people.
5. Scope of work of the Welfare Committee. 1) Transportation  2) Food  3) Environment  4) Public relations.
6. The party running for election will receive a budget to support campaign activities of 2,500 baht per party (500 baht/person)
7. The Individual independent candidates running for election will receive a budget to support campaign activities of 500 baht.

Applicant qualifications are as follows:

1. APEX Group’s employee.
2. Male/Female, age 18 years and over.
3. Able to devote time to attend meetings and do various activities of the company.
4. Have a good attitude, love the organization.
5. Have leadership, assertiveness.

 The application form can be downloaded at E-Mail. es_yuttaporn or you can pick up an application at the Human Resources Department and the Safety Department between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. And please fill in the details in the application form and submit to the Human Resources Department and the Safety Department within  April 3, 2023.
