ประกาศนโยบายการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการให้นมบุตร (Announcement Breastfeeding Promotion and Encouragement Policy )

As Apex Circuit (Thailand) Co., Ltd. gives importance to Family Unit where is deemed as the starting point for creating stability for society, we; therefore, commit to making the employees have awareness of the importance of breastfeeding in order to promote the correct development for their children, to strengthen the bond of love and warmth for the family, and to save costs for the family. The Company sets the policy to provide the guidelines for managing, promoting, and encouraging the breastfeeding as follows:

1. The Company will cultivate the attitude and create the correct awareness to all employees (female and male).
2. Train the pregnant female employees to have the knowledge and skills correct and necessary for caring for their children from pregnancy to breastfeeding.
3. Support conducting the activities, public relations, and academic information which are the promotion of knowledge, attitude, and awareness of breastfeeding.
4. Support the necessary resources, i.e. breastfeeding room, several equipment, necessary for obtaining and storing the breast milk from mothers.
5. The Company shall not allow the Company as Instant Powderd Milk Manufacturer or its distributor to come to publicize, train, sell, and distribute the instant powdered milk product within the our Company.  
6. It is considered as the duty of all employees in the organization to give cooperation, promotion, and encouragement for breastfeeding to ensure that the Company Policy will be managed effectively and sustainably.
