I will update information about Full OJT activity in Apex Group of 2023

a) From three (3) and a half years ago, the development of Full OJT (On the Job Training) of Apex Group with the starting point from the customer (Bosch)’s communication and expectation to Supplier (Apex), suggested by Khun Roger. Therefore, we foresee the importance of promoting the knowledge and competence of employees through Procedure, WI and SOP to comply with the policy of Top Management, Khun Wang and Khun Bill, who would like the employees in the Organization to participate in “To build the sustainable business by giving knowledge of PCB basic production to the employees”. For these processes, we aim to create the custom, teaching and learning, and production knowledge of each piece of PCB to maintain the common property of Apex Organization.

b) At present, Apex Group, we have the study and theoretical examination in the total â€Ķâ€Ķ. Job Functions

c) After receiving new expectation from the customer, SONOS, in March and HARMAN in April who are the customers in European Zone, we have initiative to develop the practical examination with the following scopes:

1) To comply with and support the theoretical examination

2) To be able to display the work procedures that are more complicated than the theoretical examination

3) To prove and review the examination for more confidence in working  

d) In the present status, we begin to create understanding for everyone to see the importance and benefit. It is necessary to issue the practical examination by preparing the workshop to be the Learning Model for the groups of Production and Engineer, continued from the project on “Left & Right (Engineer compared to the right arm, “WI Writer” and Production compared to the left arm as “Unconditional Followers” through advice from Executives who are compared to the heart. We proceed with this matter through activities as follows:

Apex 2: On 8-9 June 2023 at 07.00-08.00 Hourse) For the next steps, we will develop and improve from Item (d) to be reality within Q1 next year. After Q1, we will use these matters to meet the expectations from the customers regarding the Employees Training.

f) We, HR Training Division, aims to strive and develop the teaching and studying, result evaluation of the operational employees as the strategy of the Company for long-term business operation (ESG based on modern business operation).
